After working for Autozone for the last several weeks, and working 6-10hrs of overtime each week for the past few weeks to earn the "privilege" of being promoted to fulltime driver, I quit my job yesterday after we were told that there were too many staff and not enough hours to go around so we were not allowed to work any more than the hours we were scheduled for. Despite my begging them repeatedly to schedule me for 40hrs so I can pay my bills, they scheduled me for only 28hrs this week. So I told them I cannot pay my bills with 28hrs a week, and I cannot continue to work in the store on my feet as I have also repeatedly told them. Since they chose to disregard my requests and disrespect my needs, I quit. So it's back to DoorDash and Uber Eats until I can find a work-at-home job. Which means I have more time (and energy) to work on Maxm!
