Believe me I know about Mexico's challenge. My wife is Mexican-American and tells me that the cartel is too big for the Mexican government to handle. We live close to the southern border and contractors I've used down here tell me that cartel is everywhere. Lot's of houses have been built down here and one Mexican contractor told me that one never knows who their next neighbor might be.
